The R&D and Production facility has state-of-the-art equipment necessary for research, new product development and quality control. The facility is housed in an area of 16,000 sq. ft. having fermenters ranging from 100-1000 L with the flexibility of multi-product manufacturing. The R&D and QC laboratories have essential support facilities such as stereo and phase-contrast microscopes, laminar airflows, autoclaves, shakers, UV-Vis Spectrophotometers, High Performance Liquid Chromatography.
The R&D facility is headed by experienced and qualified microbiologists.
RBS has also associated with leading research institutes for product development.
